Brands he’s worked on that have gained from a single-minded and passionate approach include PlayStation, Mars Inc, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Financial Review, BOQ, St George, ING, Mitsubishi Motors, Foxtel, Wild Turkey and the Barangaroo Development Authority.
Christian has won numerous creative awards and appeared on The Gruen Transfer (who hasn’t!?) and as luck would have it, won ‘The Pitch’.
As a commitment to bringing through young creative talent into the industry, Christian led AWARD School for two years and is regularly invited to judge industry award shows.
Jon is a creative professional and entrepreneur with substantial experience in developing commercial ideas and campaigns for brands.
He has written cut-through campaigns for clients including ING, PlayStation, Mars Inc, Mitsubishi Motors, BOQ, Wild Turkey and Fairfax. He co-created the Dolmio puppets campaign that now runs in 24 countries and is Mars Inc’s only global campaign other than the M&Ms characters.
Industry recognition includes D&AD, Cannes Lions, One Show, AWARD, a Grand Effie for advertising effectiveness. Jon co-founded a unique user-generated content platform that gained start-up capital and promoted brands including VB, 3, Krispy Kreme and nudie.
Bec has a proven track record of managing our clients’ strategic business objectives and delivering integrated campaigns above expectation. She works with her team to deliver complex multi-channel campaigns on time and on budget. While ensuring the vital communication elements remain simple, cut-through and effective.
Her experience includes a broad range of successful campaigns across television, print, outdoor, experiential, digital and social. Bec manages the client business for agency brands including QBE, Fidelity International and Key Pharmaceuticals. Her experience also includes time working on the client side at Woolworths, where she ran digital and social campaigns for the brand.
Andrew is an award-winning strategic thinker who has been a brand planner for over 25 years.
He has been the planning lead across a wide range of brands and categories around the world – working across clients including Kellogg’s, Nestle, Kimberly Clark, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Diageo, McWilliams Wines, Reckitt Benkiser, Vodafone, HSBC and Transport for NSW. Plus, government campaigns in health and family/community welfare.
Prior to joining us, he was Head of Planning at JWT Sydney for 11 years and then internal consultant as Head of Insights to JWT Australia for five years.
As well as his role at Core, Andrew is studying for his PhD and lecturing at the School of Communication of the University of Technology Sydney.
Rob has over 20 years’ experience in senior client-side marketing roles across retail, financial services, health and sport.
He was GM Marketing - Sports Brands at the Super Retail Group (Rebel & Amart Sport) where he worked on the rebrand and integrated it across the retail network and the marketing mix. He was also responsible for developing the omni-channel strategy leveraging the data asset.
Prior to that he was GM Marketing at Specialty Fashion Group, where he built the data asset and initiated customer-focused data-driven marketing solutions.
He has also worked regionally on CX strategies and programs for British Airways, Citibank and Diner’s Club.
Sapna has over 18 years’ experience in the Advertising and Professional Services industries. Her background includes roles at Grant Thornton, Deloitte and Lavender.
Sapna is highly focused on achieving business and client goals through financial excellence and operational efficiency. Her expertise includes systems and workflow optimisation that ensure our clients’ marketing investments are always spent most efficiently within the agency.
She provides strategic direction to the agency and plays an integral role in driving innovation, business development and people management.
